Sarah Barlow created her brand Stardust, based on Carl Sagan's quote that "We are all made of Stardust" as she began her journey in the yoga, raw foods, cold-pressed juice and wellness industry while struggling with a lifetime of chronic autoimmune illness as a singer and musician.
Sarah spent her life since age 11 discovering gut-healing, celiac, autoimmune and anti-inflammatory diets and protocols and has since become a professional in the business as a plant-based Ayurvedic & raw foods chef and nutritionist designing juice bar and wellness food menus and concepts consulting for many companies such as Portland Juice Co., Stellar Pops, Whole Foods, Good Things Grocery, Bliss Cafe in Joshua Tree, CA and many more! As the Owner and Founder of her company Stardust Superfoods and Juice and her program Yoga For Musicians for artist's mental health and wellness through events and workshops hosted in Austin, Tucson, Portland, Nashville, LA, Joshua Tree, SoCal and other destinations worldwide.
