Sarah spent her lifetime since age 11 discovering gut-healing, celiac, autoimmune and anti-inflammatory diets and protocols and has since become a leading plant-based raw chef, nutritionist and entrepreneur with her company Stardust Superfoods and Juice and her program Yoga For Musicians for artist's mental health and wellness in Austin, Tucson, Portland, Nashville, Joshua Tree, and the West Coast.
